You can go online and set a reservation. If you go that route, I suggest you call to confirm it and share any details you think they should know. Or, you can drop by and make the reservation in person. That way you can take a tour and know ahead of time just how beautiful the rooms are and get a feel for the environment. It is absolutely lovely.

You really need to call the tea room for reservations. Don't try to book online, just call the tea room. They do serve groups and have an upstairs for private events. Sometimes you can order from the menu, if you give them enough notice.

They have a "lift" in the rear of the building. No ramp in front. Call ahead to arrange access with the exterior lift

We highly suggest reservations. We aim to serve everyone but advance notice helps us staff adequately and seat everyone promptly.
